Postage Details
We only post Monday to Friday and not on UK bank holidays.

Customers
Your goods will be dispatched by either the Post office recorded delivery or TNT courier.
If you have not received your goods within 3 working days, please contact us.
With 2nd class post, on average, goods take no longer than 3 days, but please be flexable.

Payment Policy
All Payments for goods to be made before dispatch in £ GBP.
We accept all major credit / debit cards (excluding AMEX). You can also mail UK Postal Orders only.

Cash By Mail
Cash is sent at your own risk, please ensure you use a recorded delivery service if paying by this method.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your item within 7 days you may return it to us
under the Distance Selling Regulations Act [2000].
Any item can be exchanged within 7 days, with postage costs being incurred by the buyer,
provided it is returned unopened and/or unused and with packaging intact.

Refunds can only be accepted if the item has a fault.
Please keep all packaging and delivery notes and return them intact with the item.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however
we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
In this event, the customer should pay for returning the item to us initially.
Upon checking, if the item is found to be faulty on arrival, we will issue a refund.
Postage is non refundable.
We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any item after a 20 day period.
